Due to the current Covid 19 Lockdown and suspension of all GAA Club activities Rebel Og, GDA’s and the Coaching and Games staff have compiled and provided several items which can be done from home across all ages.

Online Skills & Drills

With the current pandemic in mind, we at Rebel Óg Coaching are going to post online skills and drills to help players improve on their own at home each week.

The GDA’s will be posting different videos online so make sure you check out their Twitter and Facebook pages as well.

Easter Camp

Traditionally during the Easter Holidays, GAA clubs are verster Campy proactive in hosting and running Easter Camps for their younger members.

Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic we are in, clubs are unable to do so this Easter.

With this in mind, we at Rebel Óg Coaching are going to host online coaching sessions next week from Tuesday to Friday on Youtube Live.

There will be two seperate camps, one for the Junior side (4-8 year olds) and one for the Senior side (9-12 year olds).

The Junior Camp will start at 10am each morning and run for approx 30 minutes.

The Senior Camp will start at 12pm each day and run for approx 30 minutes also.

Weekly Webinar

As part of Rebel Og Coaching, we will have a weekly webinar every Wednesday night.

The webinars will be suitable for Hurling & Football coaches as the content in general is more about applying framework than specific skills.

To join us each Wednesday simply register using the form below to receive the link to join us for each Wednesdays Webinar. You will need to register for every webinar as they come up, as the file is wiped after each Wednesday. We are limited to 100 places each week so please register in plenty of time

Online Foundation Course

Again due to the current Pandemic we have had to postpone all club Coach Education courses.

We are running foundation courses in four different areas East Cork, North Cork, West Cork and Cork City in the following format.

Complete the online GAA Foundation Course theory section for Hurling & Football
Once we get the all clear we will hold practical sessions for these courses in your area.
