Thanks to all the clubs below who applied for benchmarking this year. Special thanks must go to the coaching officers in each club who carried out a huge workload for their club during the past year. There’s fantastic work being done. Results will be going up on the Rebel Óg website in the next couple of days. Any club not mentioned below hasn’t yet submitted an application.

Any club looking to organise a workshop for their coaches / members in the new year, is welcome to contact me on the information below and I’ll be happy to help. I will also be running workshops for all clubs in Mallow GAA in the new year, Child, Youth and Adult. If clubs have any preference for which type of workshop is run, don’t hesitate to ask, ie. Dr Wesley O’Brien did one on fundamental movements and fun games for nursery programmes during the year, we also did one on injury prevention and a youth development programme.

Finally, I hope you all enjoy a happy and peaceful Christmas and have a successful new year
